Conservation strategy for native Andean forest species and ecosystems of the CAR Territory (Cundinamarca).
#somosjardinbotanicoforestal
Inside the Botanical Garden you will find forests in a restoration process for more than 25 years. We are a conservation, environmental education and research strategy for Andean forests: we promote the conservation of the forest and forest species through the propagation of native species, community activities, guided tours, bird watching and enrichment of living collections .
The project is being developed in two sections: station Chilacas located at 2100 meters above sea level (lower montane humid forest station) , which will be integrated in the future with the Bambusa Station, located at 1330 meters above sea level (premontane humid forest season)
